Firefly - a short poem

 

Darkness conquered stars at night,

Contained them to show his might.

The sky turned sad without light,

And waited for someone to fight.

Brave bug came to fight

And blazed itself to make the sky bright.

It fought the darkness like a knight

Until the sun appeared to make things alright
